These terms cover your use of Kapshot (the "app") and this website. By buying or using the app you agree to them.
Your license
A purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use Kapshot for the current major version (all 1.x releases), on the Macs you own or control. The license is personal; please don't resell or redistribute the license key.
Trial
The app is free to use for 7 days with all features. After that, screen capture continues to work, while beautified export and copy-to-clipboard require a license.
Refunds

Warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kapshot is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Your captures are your responsibility; keep your own backups of anything important.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
